After waiting and no update started the Item not arrived process at which point a notification that the item had been dropped at a DPD shop. That’s fine, seller forgot to post it, no problem. No communication from the seller, no opps I’m sorry nothing. So yes it was listed and bought and the product is great. But lack of actually sending and no communication I have marked as a negative experience.

    A bit plasticky but does the job IF YOU USE XP

    Good at scanning the negs but no Win7 and up support so very limited drivers now and probably not worth buying as it only works with XP. If this had been more clearly stated I would have bought another model. Slide carrier rather clunky and a poor fit in the scanner. However, it DOES scan quite well so if you can get this very cheap and still use XP it may be worth it - otherwise look for a newer model.

    were we ever that young

    found some very old slides, and i mean old,(40) and thought wouldn't it be wonderful to see them on modern technology glad we did, through this woderful scanner we went back to before our kids, and our grandchildren the scanner we would highly recommend done the job to perfection, wish it could make us look now as we looked then hahahaha,only thing is now we have scanned them all, we now have no use for the scanner advise please ,does it have other uses.

    Simplicity

    Brought this for my dad, he's 77 and he found it easy to use, good software with a varied tool section , quick to load negatives, works well with iMac.

    Veho scanner

    Product is ideal for scanning negatives, which is what I wanted. I was a little disappointed that the 35mm negative holder was missing. Everything else was fine.
