      Unfortunately there were a couple inconsistencies in the pitcher that weren't in the original listing. The seller noted this and messaged me quickly post purchase with the concerns and updated pictures. While it resulted in me declining the overall purchase so I never got it, the seller could not have been nicer or more professional. They issued an immediate refund to address the concerns.
