Fast delivery. On opening the Hotel Chocolat box you could have been mistaken for thinking this machine is brand new. I followed the instructions to clean prior to use and it works fine. Good temperature of coffee and good crema, with non NC pods. Only Minus points are for the designers as the water tank is far too small (should be at least 50% more capacity imho) and the "customisable" amount of water for a Lungo is a joke. Need to press is twice on its maximum setting for a UK cup of coffee.
