I am delighted with this wheelchair. Being made of aluminium, it is so light in weight that I can easily lift it with one hand (I am 87). I have not yet tried it in use. I bought it as a present for a disabled friend and shall take it to her tomorrow. The official NHS wheelchair made of steel issued to her I certainly cannot lift with one hand and have difficulty doing so with both hands ! It is a superb piece of kit.
