    Definitely for Old Computers

    This is an awesome musical effort from the mid-1980s. The trouble is that this CD was remastered in 1998. At that time, the band added some video items to the disc. The video portion can only be viewed on an old computer. Also, a Bose stereo will block the CD audio portion from being played because the video portion is on the disc first. A Bose player will spit the CD back out and give a message that the disc is blank. So, if you want to listen to the audio portion, you will have to download the audio to a new computer that has a DVD drive. Then, you will have to burn an audio CD version before you will be able to hear any of the songs.

    Another great one!

    This is just another in a long line of great Iron Maiden albums. They took a bit of a different approach musically this album with the synth, which really worked out well! I still remember buying this when it came out, and the songs have been burned into my brain ever since. "Wasted Years" and "Stranger In A Strange Land" are two of my favorities, but they are all great songs. In much the similar fashion as its predecessor (Powerslave - a GREAT album!!!), Somewhere in time closes out with a fantastic epic song, "Alexander The Great" (much like "Rime Of The Ancient Mariner" on Powerslave). The album art is really amazing as well. UP THE IRONS!!!

    GREAT MUSIC-GREAT BAND-GREAT PRICE !!!!

    IRON MAIDEN- The name says it all!!! Their music will still be around long after we're gone..Another 1 of the 80's British Wave of Rock to invade the world!!! From the hard pounding riff's to 1 of the best voices in rock/metal,Bruce Dickinson belts it out high & loud!!!! 1 of the best frontman in the biz!!! Along with DIO,Sebastian Bach,Ian Gillan,etc,..Its great to see the boyz back together again pounding out the rock/metal!!! If only some of the other acts during that time could do the same...But long after we're gone,these awesome songs will continue to be heard "Somewhere In Time" & to the "Stranger In a Strangeland" !!!!!!
