    I had an issue with being sent a different size than what I ordered. The packaging said it was the correct size but inside the package it had the wrong size. I told seller I just wanted to exchange for the correct size. They asked me to keep it and give a partial refund. Again it wasn’t my size. I asked for an exchange. They never did and exchange and just refunded me. Which would have been fine except they almost double the price so for me to rebuy for the right size it would have cost more.

    Item ordered on 09/22/2025. Label was not created until 10/03/2025. Post office accepted item on 10/07/2025. Item not delivered until 10/14/2025. Item was shipped from a fulfillment center. Poor communications. Poor customer service. My wife needs the item for her college chemistry course. She had to wait close to a month to receive this item. This is the worst customer service that I have experienced in the close to 20 years I have been buying and selling on eBay.

    The package was set on the table by my gate where I get the packages! There was two of them. One was in plastic the other cardboard that had the Gleeson map in it and it got soaked! Hung It up, but it still stained the people let me off the hook and wasn’t my fault is delivery person didn’t protect the package’
