The box was bumped during shipping which caused a compression of the wood and binding on the treble bout. I contacted the seller and they very graciously and promptly replied. My only adjustment will be replacing the headstock as it’s not an exact match for a Gibson Explorer, which is what I needed. So I’ll do that and it will be fabulous.
