    Well priced battery.

    Almost fell in to the trap of buying a similar battery purely and simply because of its colour. Read a few reviews about them and the fact that they might not hold their charge for that long. I have two of these batteries for My Dewalt drill and they last ages. I've just purchased a new multi tool which came with one battery, hence this purchase. So I now have four of these batteries to keep me going. They should last ages. I do like the Dewalt brand. They're a quality built brand and very hard wearing and reliable. Would always recommend. This particular battery arrived well packaged and arrived with an extra pack of multi tool blades that I'd ordered for my new machine. Big shout out to Power Tool Mate down there in Plymouth.     Poor product

    I have only had this product for a week or so and used a couple of times and it as stopped working and will no longer charge up. Very disappointed with this item, 1 star is to high of a score

    DeWalt……De Best!

    This is a genuine DeWalt battery, not a cheap lookalike which will fail miserably with little use. I know, I bought a couple. You get what you pay for. Having said that you can get quality products if you hunt around or wait for special offers which often appear on eBay as did this. The batteries came in a pack of two in original DeWalt boxes. I fully charged them both and ran them until fully discharged, as recommended, in order to get maximum charge capacity on future charging. Believe me, you won’t fully discharge these very quickly: they hold a shed load of power! In summary, quality never comes cheap but if you’re patient odds are what you want will turn up on special offer eventually.

    Dewalt Battery

    I was a bit dubious at first but thought I would take a punt, holds charge fine with no problems. I am convinced that this is a genuine Dewalt battery, if not it is very well replicated evee eg n with the date stamp on the battery

    Charging ahead

    DeWalt, it's difficult to find a rival manufacturer, good quality, good life, no charging memory, good standby retention. The fact that the battery can be used across all XR tools, means you never need to worry about running low on power. Good price for a 5ah.
