    Fitted like a glove

    Great product - does away with the need for a dangling filter. Fitted straight onto the existing master socket - clicked into place easily and then two screws to secure.

    Works in most cases, but is wrongly wired

    Although this looks like a good substitute for the official BT/Openreach filter faceplate, it is in fact wrongly wired. The connector block for internal extension wiring has connections labelled "2-3-4-5", but they are in fact "5-4-3-2”. In addition, pin 3 is not connected at all, anywhere. Pin 3 carries ringing current, split from the voice signal by the master socket. Most modern electronic phones don't actually need this, they can detect ringing on the voice connection. But if you have an old vintage phone with a physical bell, it probably won't ring if you use one of these faceplates.

    Good value ink cartridges

    Exactly as described/ Arrived as expected and well packaged, although the cartridges are all separate and tied together with elastic bands. But so far so good. Unfortunately have not placed the inks into my printer yet as still waiting for previous ones to run out.

    Easy to fit

    Easy to fit if you haven't got a wired extension. Plugs in after removing old main socket cover and two screws (supplied). Just check you have the right (flat) main socket. Very easy and tidies up socket. :-)

    Works well

    Good bit of kit. Fitted straight over existing socket ,plugged in no wires to connect, good customer service, had to call to get instructions how to fit, improvement on internet speed by about 1.5-2.0 Mbps , which don't seem like much but considering I was only getting 5-7 it's not bad.
