Ideal for my lobby. Non slip unlike previous runners I've had. The backing looks more substantial than the backing on the ones I've had before which began to perish after a while and leave a powdery residue causing the runner to slip and slide even more! A few of my house guests have almost come a cropper, so this new runner may well save me future embarrassment!
