    Decent phone but terrible battery.

    Good handset in terms of build quality, moving from android it takes some getting used to but syncs up nicely with other apple products. Switched due to getting a new Mac to replace old PC and connectivity is excellent across this and all the family devices. Big criticism is that the battery lasts about half a day with only light to moderate use, my Samsung would have ploughed through a day easily and it was a bigger screen / more powerful. Lack of USB 2.0 is annoying as is lack of headphone jack.

    The I-phone X is a brilliant phone with many new features and a choice of apps to cover every business/ leisure interests you might have. A great level of security including Face ID which cuts out the need/use of username/passwords It’s the best phone I have ever owned.

    Great IPhone

    This was an upgrade from an iPhone 6. I couldn’t praise this device enough, I would say a big leap from a 6 to the X (10). I have only had the device a week so far so good.. no issues. Having purchased this device on eBay I made a massive saving over either a new one or a refurbished device from Apple.
