I initiated a return, which the seller accepted, but the seller never provided a return label, even though they indicated they did. eBay directs you to contact the seller in these situations, but the seller DOES NOT ACCEPT MESSAGES! How is this even allowed? Had to go through the hassle of contacting eBay for a refund to be actually sent. Avoid this Amazon reseller who is not a good ebayer!
