Only thing I'd recommend is slightly more official-looking packaging (a printed address label?), or perhaps a note in the package that indicates the contents/the ebay seller info. It was securely packaged, no damage to the item, but it was just a regular envelope with a few layers of seemingly random paperboard, tape, other insulation - it didn't look official and it took a bit to identify.

The right key and the attachments needed for the keyboard arrived well packed and in a timely manner. BEST customer service EVER! I definitely recommend him!

The products (replacement covers for a laptop keyboard) are small and low cost, but the service is five star! I recently ordered a "Shift" key cover, but when it arrived I realised that it was not what I expected. On contacting Adam he explained that a UK keyboard was slightly different to a US one and he offered to replace they cover if he could find one. Luckily he could, and the new one arrived in less than a week.
