Secondly when I received the item the original packaging the item came in was in Rough condition not new as in description. Thirdly 1 screw from the back plate of the item totally fell out. made me wonder what was up with that. And Fourthly the item wouldn't even power on. If this item was indeed NEW as described NONE of the issues I have brought up would exist.
