    The packaging seemed loose inside but arrived intact. Obviously UPS was gentle with the box. The exterior of the box looked fine. The cassette deck seems undamaged which is great. Service from the seller was slow although it picked up speed once I was in contact with the seller. The original pictures showed a leather protective case for the recorder which was not included . Fortunately I have another Sony Tape Recorder which I will use in the future for parts and it has a leather case.
