    Cancelled. Poor comms. Buyer said I asked to cancel (I didn't). Messaged that they didn't have time to dispatch. Meanwhile she dispatched my other purchase without it!

    The buyer deliberately misrepresented the situation to make me look bad. She knew I was away and unable to respond, placed a second order after the first. I had to cancel one since I couldn’t ship it on time but informed her I could send it upon my return. She still received the other item but left two unjustified negative reviews despite my flawless record. This was a calculated move to damage my reputation, completely ignoring my honest communication and good faith efforts.
