I never opened the tarp but the holes go through every layer of it multiple times. Contacted the seller to have a replacement top sent and they offered me a 10% discount on the product. I’m don’t want a discount, I want a carport that doesn’t have multiple holes in it. Evening else was fine in the package, I just needed a new top and they have yet to resolve this issue
