The part I ordered was found to have a tatty outer box. This seller called me to apologise and then refunded fully and sent it anyway. I was in a noisy environment at the time and my brain couldn't comprehend that the seller wanted to send the tatty item and refund all the money. Simply unheard of! Now I am looking to see what else the seller offers, simply because they go above and beyond expected service!
