    Sadly padded envelope arrived damaged with contents (ring) missing, Mailman handed over empty envelope and stated looked like whatever had been in the envelope had been pilfered. Not of course the fault of the Seller who packaged and sent the item promptly and in good faith, and who has a sterling reputation. She was most helpful and accommodating, obviously distressed at what occurred. Promptly acted to resolve the matter - I will certainly purchase from her again, and recommend her 100%.
