We use Sealed Air Mail Lite bubble envelopes, and rarely hear of any problems. For low value items such as this, we need to use inexpensive packaging and low cost postage to be able to offer "free" postage (postage is never free, we have to pay for it!). However, I accept your comments, and I will review our packaging. Maybe a cardboard stiffener might help with CD singles, when they're in slim cases.
