1. About Us
PREZENTIFY Sp. z o. o. is a company registered in Poland specializing in personalized gifts and custom-made products.
Our range includes brick-style figurines, decorative collectibles, and other custom-designed items made individually for each customer.
All products are original creations intended as personalized decorative gifts and collectibles, not as toys.
2. Nature of Products
- Every product is made to order and personalized according to the details, photos, or instructions provided by the customer.
- As items are handmade and custom-designed, small variations may occur compared to preview images.
- Products are decorative items and not intended for use by children under 14 years of age.
3. Ordering Process
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details (names, dates, photos, text, design preferences) are correct when placing the order.
- Orders are considered final once confirmed and paid.
- Production starts after payment, and at this point, cancellations or changes cannot be accepted.
- If provided information is unclear or incomplete, we may contact the customer, which may extend production time.
4. Production & Delivery
- Typical production time is 2–15 business days, depending on product type and complexity.
- Standard delivery time is 5–40 business days, depending on destination and courier.
- Express or priority production/shipping may be available for an additional fee.
- We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, cancellations and returns are not possible once production has begun.
- Exceptions apply only if:
✔ the product arrives damaged, or
✔ a mistake in personalization is caused by us.
- Customers must report such issues within 7 days of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the problem.
- In these cases, we will offer a replacement, correction, or partial refund, depending on circumstances.
- We cannot accept returns due to customer error in submitted personalization details (e.g. incorrect name, date, or photo).
6. Prices & Payments
- All prices are displayed in the marketplace currency (USD, GBP, EUR, etc.).
- Payments are processed securely through eBay Managed Payments.
- VAT and applicable taxes are included where legally required.
- For deliveries outside the EU, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges in their country.
7. Shipping Policy
- Orders are shipped internationally from Poland using reliable courier services.
- Tracking numbers are provided whenever available.
- Free or discounted shipping may apply for orders above a certain value (see listing details).
- We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges once the item has been handed over to the carrier.
8. Customer Obligations
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details and correct delivery addresses.
- PREZENTIFY Sp. z o. o. is not liable for issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the buyer.
9. Intellectual Property
- All products and designs are original works created by PREZENTIFY Sp. z o. o.
- We do not use or reproduce intellectual property belonging to third-party brands or companies.
- Our items are not affiliated with or endorsed by any external trademark holders.
10. Customer Service
- We aim to provide clear and timely communication.
- Customer inquiries are usually answered within 24 hours on business days.

11. Final Provisions
- By placing an order, the customer confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
- These Terms may be updated from time to time in accordance with legal requirements and marketplace rules.
