      Sale initially did not go as planned. Color in description was an error and item did not match to make a set. Response was not timely upon reporting. However, the seller did eventually reach out and was understanding, respectful, took responsibility and did refund me. A refund is appreciated, but never the return process that is quite the inconvenience and time consuming. In essence the buyer is penalized for a sellers error.
