      A very nice looking, well packaged macbook. But that's not the best of it. We encountered a problem after our son tried to install an update, despite not really knowing what he's doing. The guys from horizon-macs were absolutely fantastic! They were able to identify what the problem was likely to be just from my description, and then gave thorough instructions how to rectify the problem, and they were not obligated to, it was all our fault. What a fantastic after sales service 👏 Thank you.
