All items are stocked from our UK warehouse and we will ship your order quickly and efficiently. All 'Free Economy' services are fully tracked, meaning you can track the whereabouts of your order at all times. You will also be able to select a Faster 'Express' tracked delivery option at checkout.
At SparesWorks, we offer free 'fully tracked' economy delivery for all UK orders and localities. Once your order is placed, you will receive a unique carrier tracking code that will enable you to track the whereabouts of your order at all times. Royal Mail state that economy delivery normally arrives within a few days, however in some cases this can take up to 14 days. If your goods haven't arrived within this time period then please contact us. Please be aware that within the 14 days we have no means of chasing Royal Mail for orders made with standard post as this is a non-traceable service. Please also check with your local Royal Mail depot before getting in touch - as many items will be too big to fit through your letter box, this being the most common reason for delay. Until this 14 day window has passed we are unable to post replacements or offer refunds. Please note, we run an automated system on eBay and the address details that arrive in our system from eBay are the details input at the checkout page and this is the address that we have to ship the order to. Please take care to ensure your address details are correct before placing the order as address details cannot be amended later.
WARRANTY and RETURNS
Each spare part is covered by a comprehensive 6 month warranty. Should your product(s) arrive damaged by the carrier or faulty, we will either issue a replacement or refund your item(s) free of charge for you. All items sold are new & unused unless otherwise stated and should therefore be returned in the same saleable condition. We will accept any items back for refund if they are returned to us in original, unopened packaging and are in an unused condition - complete with original untarnished packaging (boxes and packaging must also be returned in the same saleable unblemished condition). Refunds will be made of the purchase price paid if returned within 60 calendar days of receipt. Returns postage and packaging costs should be met by the buyer unless the item is either damaged or faulty. If goods are damaged or faulty please notify us through eBay messaging to enable us to issue you with a pre-paid returns label. Once we have received your item using the pre-paid returns label a refund will then be given unless a replacement has been issued prior to return. All goods returned must be arranged prior to sending via the eBay messaging service. This will enable us to assist you more thoroughly with your request and to deal with any difficulties. Refunds will only be issued if the buyer encloses within the return a copy of the purchase invoice, a brief explanation as to why the item is being returned, and also their eBay user name, ID and home address. The refund will be by the same method used as the original payment.
Please note: we will not be able to cover return postage costs that do not adhere to this process.

Appliance repairs must always be carried out by a suitably qualified engineer or technician. We cannot accept liability for any damage caused or injuries sustained as a result of incorrect fitting of replacement spare parts or mis-diagnosis of a fault.
