I received a message back immediately saying to hang on to the medium and he will send the large with a return label and new bag so I can send the medium back. I was amazed at how trusting he is and easy he made the entire process! Extremely generous! The large came in today and I am sending the medium jacket back tomorrow. I will recommend this company to everyone.
