Great to see Pearl Jam back after more than 6 years and Gigaton was well worth the wait and well up there with the 1st 2 albums 10 and versus among the best of their career to date. Whoever Said, Quick Escape, Never Destination and Take the Long Road are awesome hard rockers, Seven o'clock is another album highlight despite a negative mention of the current US president - a true epic of a song musically, Alright and Retrograde are 2 of the quieter tracks both among their best work, in particular the latter with it's shimmering earthy beauty. In short this is a classic and essential purchase for any fan of classic hard rock. Well done P. J.
