First item never arrived, when I messaged about this they sent one but didn't message/communicate anything about what had happene. Item finally arrived after waiting 2 weeks but was defective/not up to standard. Instead of immediately apologising/resolving the issue they were pretty unhelpful and wouldn't accept item was faulty. After I attempted to return item they sent an offer of £5 for a £15 item that needs to be binned, expecting me to just lose £10. Pretty useless and unhelpful experience.
