Royal mail tracking does not work for shipping to Canada so it was a little unsettling that it said tracking provided but no tracking was ever available. No import duties were charged and it arrived after 10 business days. Item was in new condition and we'll packed. The seller was helpful and fast to reply to questions. Would buy again.
