    Great themes, but the SFX tracks are lacking.

    Telarc and Erich Kunzel have made some very fun CD's to listen to, and in fact my father will be receiving several of them this year for the Holiday's, including this one. Of the ones I own, Time Warp and The Great Fantasy Adventure Album are my favorites. The music is crisp and the sound effects are fun and heavy on bass shaking goodness. This CD lacks that genuine movie quality and sounds like someone in a mixing room trying to rehash old sounds. As far as the music goes, these soundtracks sound terrific, but if you were hoping for a little extra punch from the SFX tracks you will be disappointed. Maybe there was some copyright issues, but anybody that has seen Star Wars: The Phantom Menance will very quickly realize that the pod race track is no where near what it should be. The ...
