    Rug in real life is much darker than the brite jewel tone colors pictured on website. Additionally, the rug is very musty/ moldy - impossible to leave in my home - negatively affected my breathing. Before purchasing the rug, I made sure to read their return policy - 14 days - since having received the rug, I have been attempting to contact the seller and have been given the ‘Oops, something went wrong’ message exclusively. Feel I’ve been tricked and ripped off - and am furious! Please help.
