    very quick on delvery unforchantly delvery was not the best as not secured so out of 300 tiles 6 boxes were broken i contacted the same day and explained with photos the issue of 25 being broken they sent 25 replacment all arrived in one piece very good seller and sorted this issue out

    The plinth of the unit was damaged, so I requested a replacement which was sent out quickly, except it was the wrong colour. So I contacted GoKitchens to tell them and they sent out another. Again, the wrong colour. It was only on the third attempt that we got it right. I was tempted to put neutral but the customer service has been excellent throughout and I can't fault them for trying to put the mistake right (even if it took 3 goes) TLDR: Customer service: Great, Order pickers: Sort it out
