UK Only Returns Policy
All of our products are from very high quality manufacturers and every item we sell is 100% inspected prior to dispatch. We pride ourselves on our reputation for supplying stylish accessories to high street standards.
In the very unlikely event of one of our items not meeting your satisfaction, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to arrange an exchange. If an exchange is not available we will offer a full refund including the original postage costs (the full postage cost will be refunded only if you received an item which doesnt match description) but not return postage costs upon the receipt of the returned item. Please note that the buyer is responsible for securely packaging the item to be returned. The buyer may also be responsible for returning any faulty item by recorded delivery if this method was used in the original postage of the item. (Proof of postage will need to be supplied). Please note: a picture will need to be sent to us (to email@example.com) of any damaged item prior to a refund being given as all our item pre-checked.
Please be aware that as a seller we cannot be held responsible for how your monitor displays any photos of our items as your settings (contrast/brightness etc.) may affect how our products are displayed to you on your computer/handheld device. For this reason please contact us prior to bidding for any clarification of colours as a refund will not be given for issues relating to colour or how the product reflects light.
If any item is damaged after it has been worn or used we cannot be held responsible and reserve the right to refuse a refund.
