Received a part that fits, but does not look like the photo or the original part that I am replacing in either appearance or construction. (the original part and the photo match). The part was unpackaged, and simply wrapped in bubble wrap. Reached out to seller on June 1, never heard back.

I believe this was the best price available but to be honest I chose them for their reputation, the professionalism of their description page and that USPS tracking was provided. That they are women-owned wasn't known until I got it early and well packed to avoid damage. I highly recommend them. GREAT SELLER! AAA++++
