    The pictures for the item are misleading as the strap is not adjustable as portrayed. I also doubt the NHS would endorse this quality of item. Having said that, the seller quickly refunded the price in full and provided a return postage label which he was not obliged to do. To summarise, 5 stars for the seller, 1 star for the item.
