I wondered if the Salter Megastone I have received were factory seconds. Each of the Saucepans base had a 'nip' out. They need to be heated at a higher level than my other induction pans, and eventually lower the heat. The smaller saucepan needs the lid on to be registered by the hob. I have kept and used them out of timing necessity, and am adjusting my cooking.
