Return / Refund Policy
 
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us 14 days of your receipt of the goods, we will arrange to collect them (the whole order) and give a full refund minus postage costs unless we are at fault. A 10% restocking fee will apply to business customers. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 2 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing.
 
 
Our Right to Cancel
 
When an order is placed with us we reserve the right to cancel an order if for some reason an item is unavailable when we come to dispatch it (stock error/damage or other) or due to a pricing mistake which we simply can not honour.     Thank you for your feedback. You opened a return case, citing the absence of the autotracking feature. However, we had never advertised this product as having autotracking capabilities. Additionally, you modified the product's firmware in an attempt to find this feature, which voids the return policy. Despite this, we accepted your return and provided a full refund without charging a restocking fee, in accordance with eBay guidelines. We believe your review does not accurately reflect the truth.
