(Never received this on any other Stella reels I have ordered from the U.S.) Seller was great at communicating. More than fair price. You can't go wrong with a Stella reel for a quality product. DHL had great up to date tracking. I would purchase from this seller again with no apprehension at all.

    These headphones have great sound quality and mic quality for gaming, work, and music. With the steel series engine you can customize the colors, dynamic range compression, and equalizer for the headphones! Highly recommend these!

    Not bad but not correct

    All in all the product isn't that bad, it works well but the only complaint i have is that it's not actually an arctis 5, it’s the Arctic’s 3 that I received. Other than that Thought works perfectly fine.
