Superb ingredient
Mae Ploy Thai Green Curry Paste is a wonderful ingredient. Using it with some vegetables and some coconut milk, served on rice, invariably makes an easy scrumptious lovely meal!

Thai Green Curry made easy but beware, it can make your eyes water!
My wife produces the most delicious Thai curries using this product. When she runs out I buy her some more!!! We found that the 50 grams recommended was far too hot for our taste. By trial and error we found two level teaspoons (about 15 grams) made the perfect curry for us.

Great concentrated value
Concentrated paste. I find one dessertspoonful is enough to fry in oil before stir frying various vegetables, and finally adding a tin of coconut milk. Can add chopped coriander to finish. Enough for 2-4 people. So, as it's so concentrated, one 400g container will last for weeks in the fridge. And you'll have three more containers in the cupboard unopened for future months. This paste is so much better than the jars of diluted paste that will do only one meal.Concentrated paste.
