Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the item 14 days for sale items. Items must be returned in the same condition as received and complete with all price tags, dog tags, dust bags etc.

In the event of failure to collect the parcel, if there was an attempt to deliver, we assign the right to deduct original shipping costs from the refund of the amount due.

International Returns:

Customs forms have to clearly show that the return ORIGINATED FROM THE UK sometimes referred to as THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN

If in the event that customs forms are not completed correctly and we get charged customs duty (for which duty has already been paid at the time of purchase) and handling then this will be deducted from the refund of your item.
