Information regarding ordering from us:
 
Our warehouse is based in Bristol and delivery can be expected within 24-48 hours of ordering.
Delivery costs are £19
Our 14 day no quibble guaranteee includes delivery costs to return your appliance and gives you the right to cancel and return your product within 14 days of purchase.
Our warranty terms are that the appliance is returned at your expense and repaired off site. There is a £9 charge for delivery of your repaired/replaced appliance. We will cover the cost of delivery to us and back to you if your repair request is within the first 6 months of your purchase

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
 
How To Return An Item
 
Please ensure that your item is in acceptable condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect, you must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
 
1. Please email support@froothie.co.uk to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking number.
 
2. Please post your returned item to:

3. Please include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
 
Return Exceptions
 
Some items can not be returned if they are opened such as our raw foods items.
 
Restocking Fee
 
All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order unless within the first 14 days as per our no quibble guarantee or if the appliance is being returned for a repair as a result of a manufacturer defect within the first 6 months as delineated above.
 
Exchanges
 
If your return is like new we may be able to exchange your product. You will not be subject to a restocking fee if this is the case, but you still will have to pay return shipping - contact support@froothie.co.uk with your request.

Shipping Rates
 
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is a flat rate of £19 for appliances, and £10 for other items.
 
Back Orders
 
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment, and we will contact you with the opportunity to cancel what is out of stock.
