Even though I contacted him beforehand to make sure box is securely packed. Seller didn't want to send a replacement and when asked said, it's postal provider's fault. Then said it's Tomy warehouse fault. Follows up by saying "he don't know anyone called Tomy". Very funny 👏🏾 well done. What a disappointment. Hostile at best. Very confused why this is controversial, unless buyer was simply trying to get discount.

The sellers shop says allow 10 days for dispatch. I presume, the seller didn’t have my item in stock, but I chose a uk seller so I would get my item quicker than over seas, but this was not the case.
