    Came in an Amazon box. Here's how they packed it: open box - toss item into the bottom of the box, take some paper packing and toss it on top of item, close box, tape the seam, apply shipping label. I received the item. Shook box slightly - and you could hear the item rattling around inside the box. The item was 19 inches long - and the box was 36 inches long. Item was not damaged. If I spoke with the seller, I would suppose this reply, "We didn't do it."

    renewal an old kit

    The frame has the newer design dispersion medium to help with water flow.I had to finally replace an old style frame that would let a drop of water out.If you need a replacement kit wit an extra tube and water panel this will fit your need.
