    strangest transaction I've ever been involved in on ebay. Turns out the item was no good from the start. I didn't know it and I suspect the seller didn't know either. It was a measuring tool which was never going to measure anything because it was ruined in a small way. However, they agreed to a refund. Except here's the hot number. The package ended up back on my porch marked as undeliverable. I guess they didn't want a return. Therefore it wasn't returned. I laughed Clever as hell
