    Good Extra Handset

    This is an additional handset specifically for the Panasonic 5 piece set I purchased. I tried handsets from 2 other sets and they would not link up so I got this one which is listed in the manual to add a handset. The KX-TGFA30M is exactly like all the other phones in the set and it paired easily with the set. It also includes the call block and speaker phone features which I love. Definitely worth buying if you need an extra handset.

    Good quality; not very user friendly

    The Panasonic system that includes this handset, is good quality construction, especially the fact that no special battery packs/connectors are needed. The unit will take any 1.2-1.5 volt AAA battery. DO NOT PUT THE HANDSET IN THE RECHARGING CRADLE WITH NON-RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES. Using the many features of the phone system is not very user friendly. There are layers deep menus which can be bypassed, but only thru the use of many codes that are listed in the fairly well designed users manual. But, even here, there needs to be improvement, as some of the instructions are not as clear as they could be. Overall this Panasonic System works fairly well.

    A very well thought out phone system.

    Very impressive range on the handsets as I didn't expect it. I took a handset out for a walk in the woods behind my house. I have to go out into the woods 500' before the signal starts to break. I've always had great luck with Panasonic products. My wife loves the extra two handsets around the house. The other two handsets are spares for the future as we don't need them now.

    Handy Set

    There is a pick on the handset's menu: Register Phone. Takes six seconds. Great quality phone handset, excellent audio, announces the caller, easy menu system. Matches my Panasonic Link-to-Cell set perfectly and performs the same as the handsets that came with it.

    Love it...

    Already had 5 handsets and base (new), wanted one for the garage. Works perfectly and looked brand new. Convient when working in yard and don't have to tote 'house' phone outside and then forget to bring in. Can hear the ring pretty much everywhere in yard. Really love the Call Block feature with all the 'junk' calls.
