    Makes life easier

    I have been using these for 20 plus years. Have one on my tripod and monopod. Makes it very easy to switch between the two or to change cameras without having to change quick release plates. Even when using a heavy DSLR and telephoto lens set up, I’ve never had an issue.

    Excellent for standardizing your camera mounting.

    I use several of these quick connect sets to standardize my camera mounts. I have several cameras, a couple of tripods, a monopod and DSLR mounts. When travelling I often do not have time to change the mounts on the cameras, so these quick connects allow me to attach any camera to any mount and start shooting. They are sturdy and have a positive locking lever.

    Best bang for the buck out there

    I own a private detective agency and we are frequently moving cameras from one mount to another, and we have to do it quick. This cannot be done quickly without quick-releases on the mounts and the Sima is the only one that I have found that is versatile, inexpensive and compact enough for my needs.
