    I ordered beans but received ground! I looked for "The Bristol Coffee Company's" number and phoned them to ask for beans to replace the ground coffee I have received. It appears however that the company which supplied my coffee is not the real "Bristol Coffee Company" !! The company that I phoned told me they would never sell Kopi Luwak for ethical reasons. I have sent two messages to the company which has supplied the Kopi Luwak but they have not responded. I have serious doubts about them now.

    Poor communication. Seller replied after 1 week, refused to give tracking despite multiple requests. Claimed dispatch on May 23 via Royal Mail 1st Class, but item arrived over a week later. Tracking was printed on the parcel, proving it was withheld. Seller blamed staff issues and Royal Mail. Not honest or reliable. I don't recommend this seller. Buy elsewhere due to lack of transparency, trust, and professionalism.

    Apologies for the slower than usual dispatch, we were short staffed due to illness and this unfortunately caused delays. As can seen by our 1000+ positive reviews this was a one off and we'll endeavour to do better next time.

    Buyer beware. These guys collect your money and don’t ship hoping you’ll forget you have ordered the product. The product itself is NOT in the US. They are supposed to ship form the UK, but they don’t relay ship anywhere. I didn’t have a problem receiving the refund, but this was a disappointing experience. No tracking number even after a week, then all of a sudden they said they shipped. Save your time and stay away.
