    Unfortunately, the item I received arrived damaged due to very poor packaging — it was not secured well enough to survive transit. The parcel was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address while I was working away, so by the time I got back to my studio the seller’s 30-day return window had already passed. Despite explaining the situation and requesting a replacement, my messages were ignored/denied. If you’re thinking of ordering delicate items like the one shown in the picture, beware.

    The buyer has requested refund – not replacement, The buyer has broken the sensor, if you had receive a package with broken bag you would open it the same day just in case - now after two months he wanted refund this is against EBAY rules, we have replacement policy in place, for honest EBAY buyer
