    Good item and seller. Item was new and apparently unused, but the box had been opened and torn in a couple of places which meant it couldn't really be given as a present. A £10 refund was offered and accepted, although I had asked for £20 then £15, and seller refused saying that was less than they'd paid for it, saying "warehouse staff must have opened to make sure it was complete". I pointed out that occasionally sellers did have to accept a loss! Anyway, now all settled.
