    The item was sold as new but arrived used, scratched, and incomplete, missing tubing and parts shown on the box. The seller admitted it was a returned item but still listed it as new. I waited four days for delivery, only to receive a product that cannot be used. After I reported the issue, the seller just said, “Sorry, you can return it.” Now I have to repack it and take it to the post office myself. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service.
