First I received the wrong item, which I was asked to return, then when the correct item was allegedly sent, it never arrived. When contacting the seller, several times over 3 weeks, I was repeatedly told she had “proof” it had been delivered and refused to issue a refund. I eventually won my case through EBay disputes forum.
Granted, it was less than £5 HOWEVER, if you are running a business , you need to do better for your customers !
